Reached by private bridge and a winding gravel road, this rustic mountain retreat has private balconies and old fashioned wrap-around porches for enjoying the view.
Enjoy hiking trails, meandering river for tubing, paddle boats for rent on our 2-acre lake which is stocked for fishing, 20 ft. high seasonal waterfall, horse stable for your horses or take a supervised trail ride on our horses, archery range and skeet range are all located on property, along with a 9-person hot tub in a beautiful gazebo in our common area. You only need your clothes, groceries and the desire to have a great time in the Smokies. All else is provided!

Over 7 people, an additional $10 per person per night.
June, July, August, October, holidays up to an additional $100.00 per night.

(January through February) 2 Night Minimum
$125 to $145 (depends on number of nights).
Over 7 people, an additional $10 per person per night.
January and February only: Pay for 6 nights with 7th night FREE.
Holidays up to an additional $100.00 per night.
Rental rates subject to change without notice
Security Damage Deposit: $100 (refundable within 14 days of vacating unit)
Reservation Fee: - $25 ( Non Refundable )
Cleaning Fee: $50
Pet Fee: $10 per pet per night, plus an additional refundable deposit of $100.
Reservation Policy: Personal Check, Visa or Mastercard in the full amount of security deposit received in our office within 7 days of booking reservations.
Cancellations and Refunds: If over 30 days prior to arrival: full refund of nightly rental fees. If within 30 days of your arrival: we will attempt to re-rent your dates and a refund will be made for each night we re-rent. Security deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation. If unable to re-rent no refund will be made. No refund for no shows, bad weather, late arrivals or early check-outs. Chains or 4WD are recommended in winter.
