Noel Arnold - Owner / Broker
The Arnold Family has nurtured a multi-generational passion for real estate sales and services that spans over 30 years. Understanding the need for financial wisdom and guidance in real estate, Noel obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Georgia in 1997. Following his graduation, Noel Arnold began pursuing his vision of owning and operating a full-service real estate brokerage. First, as a contracts negotiator and manager in the financial services industry, then by purchasing investment properties and managing vacation rental homes. In 2003, Mr. Arnold obtained his Georgia real estate license and began offering his expertise to clients in affiliation with a local Atlanta brokerage. Subsequently, Mr. Arnold held positions with two of the Southeast's leading real estate developers: John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, an award-winning custom homebuilder, and Lane Company, a highly valued multi-family development and management company. Mr. Arnold has received multiple sales achievement awards throughout his realty career, including the Silver Sales Team of the Year Award from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. He has been a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, and of the National Association of Realtors. In addition, Mr. Arnold has proudly served as a member of the Smyrna Rotary Club and was the Vice President of the Smyrna Business Exchange and enjoys volunteering in his community.
Currently, Noel is living his vision with the growing list of clients of Arnold Realty Company, a residential and commercial brokerage offering its clients personalized real estate sales and procurement services in the Greater Atlanta Area.
Carrie Arnold - Vice President of Operations & Marketing / Spanish Translator
Carrie oversees and manages the business operations and marketing needs of Arnold Realty Company. Carrie is fluent in both English and Spanish and plays an integral role in being a translator for all of our Spanish speaking clients. Carrie holds a Bachelors Degree in Spanish and Marketing from Kennesaw State University. Mrs. Arnold enjoys playing and coaching women's volleyball and spending time with her family. Carrie is an avid University of TN football fan as well. Mrs. Arnold and Mr. Arnold were married in April 2011 in Key West Florida.
Nicole Guest - Director of Sales / Agent
Nicole manages sales development and provides support to sales agents of Arnold Realty Company. Mrs. Guest is active in representing both home selling and buying clients of the Company in addition to her duties as Sales Director. Nicole earned her Georgia real estate license in 2005. Nicole received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Georgia, and a Master of Education Degree from Kennesaw State University. Nicole's priority of celebrating family and children radiates from her home life with husband, Rhett, and their children, Ava, Marlee and Owen.

Mr. Pittman is a real estate professional that has years of residential and commercial real estate experience. He has a wide array of real estate knowledge, and he strives to please every customer every time. He focuses on making the entire buying or selling experience as painless as possible. Mr. Pittman graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Georgia and subsequently received his Masters of Accountancy.
